Delivery Policy

Notification: MidCity Lofts property management must be notified in writing a minimum of 24 hours in advance of a delivery that will utilize the loading dock and service elevator. This is to ensure elevator availability as well as the necessary preparations are done by the MCL Staff.

Hours
Move-In and Move-Out hours as follows:

Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 8:00 am, - 5:00 p.m.

Any deviations to the delivery hours must be approved in writing by the Board or the Property Manager.

The day of Delivery
The homeowner is to notify the Concierge of the delivery. The Concierge and homeowner are to walk through the area the delivery will take place. Upon completion of the delivery the homeowner and Concierge are to re-inspect the delivery area for any damage. Any damage will be noted on the
Delivery Inspection Form and signed by both the Concierge and homeowner. The Property Manager will then assess the cost to correct the damages and send the homeowner a letter detailing the damage
and associated cost to correct the damage.
