The Design Committee will be meeting Wednesday, July 16th, at 7:00 p.m. in the G2 conference room. MidCity’s new interior designer, Mark Williams, will be present.

The Rules and Regulations Committee meeting has been rescheduled, and will now be held in conference room G2, Thursday July 17th at 7:00 p.m.

Any interested homeowners and residents are invited to attend.

Design Committee Meeting: 7:30 PM Conference Room G2 on Thursday, May 22nd

Meeting will be a discussion covering the following topics.
- Overview of recent events,including Lee Bryan’s departure, our intended timeline and goal of the master design plan
- Review of interior designers who have been contacted, their interest in our project and availability to interview with the committee
- Solicitation of recommendations for interior designers
- Discussion of with what we will ask each designer to be prepared for the interview
