10.24.08Abercrombie GateThe gate on Abercrombie is currently not working, and MidCity Lofts residents should use the Biltmore entrance to access the parking garage. 5th Street has been made aware that the gate is not functioning properly, and have called technicians who should be working on the gate this evening. We apologize for the continuing inconvenience this is causing everyone, and hope that management will have the gate fixed as soon as possible.

10.20.08Consent Forms for Proposed AmendmentsIf you are a homeowner and have not yet submitted your ballot for the proposed amendments to the condominium declaration, please do so as soon as possible. The deadline has been extended so that every homeowner can exercise his or her vote. I would like to reiterate benefits the amendments will provide to you. The primary purpose of the amendments is to allow the Association to do the following: impose annually a minimal pet registration fee for pet owners redefine certain issues regarding the assessment of fines address and clarify leasing within the community.
