The August Homeowners’ Forum is scheduled for August 26th at 6:30 p.m. in Sky.

At the forum, we will be discussing proposed amendments to MidCity Lofts’ governing documents. We will also be discussing intended improvements to the building, and possible assessments.

Additionally, Mark Williams of Mark Williams Design Associates will present the redesign of the carpet and elevator cabs as well as a preliminary design plan for renovations to SKY and the pool deck.
