04.29.08MidCity Garage Sweeping, Wed. April 30thOn Wednesday April 30th (this Wednesday), the MidCity Lofts parking garage will be swept. The sweeping will begin at 10am and will continue through early afternoon. Please park your cars in the Centergy One Parking garage located directly across Spring Street. Parking passes are currently available at the security desk and parking will be complementary for the day. Please display the parking pass in the front windshield of your car and park on the 7th and 8th floors of the garage. 04.23.08Traffic AlertTRAFFIC ALERT Effective Immediately: Lane Closures on 14th Street We've just been notified that starting this afternoon, Georgia DOT work crews will close one lane in each direction of 14th Street between Williams and Spring Streets for emergency pavement repairs. This work will be conducted during afternoon rush hour and possibly into Wednesday morning rush hour. Significant congestion is expected and motorists are encouraged to avoid the congestion by using MARTA or taking alternate routes. 04.16.08Garage Sweeping: April 30thOn Wednesday, April 30th, 2008, the three levels of the parking garage will be swept by a machine. The sweeping will be begin at 10:00am and will take 3 or 4 hours to complete. We have arranged free alternate parking for all homeowners and resident for the entire day in the Centergy One Parking Garage across the street. We will provide parking passes for the complementary parking. Please park on levels P7 and P8 and leave your parking pass visible in your front windshield. 04.15.08Traffic Alert: West PeachtreeThe Georgia Department of Transportation has closed two lanes of West Peachtree St. NW: from 17th St. north to Peachtree St. The two lanes closed are on the east side of West Peachtree St. northbound and they will be closed for the next three weeks. GDOT is repairing the inside lane to avoid a major cave in of that section of the roadway. Please plan for delays and use alternate routes during the rush hours: 7am to 9am & 3pm to 7pm. 04.04.08Building ImprovementsBeginning Monday, April 7th, work will begin to repair the crack in the West Peachtree lobby and both the main lobby and West Peachtree lobby will be painted. The work will continue through Tuesday afternoon. On Tuesday, April 8th, the elevator doors on the Sky level will be painted.
